| Nota de conteúdo | <br/><br/><br/>Resumen - En Nayarit, México, la producción de guanábana es afectada por los patógenos de fruto Pestalotiopsis sp. y Colletotrichum gloeosporioides que provocan pudrición seca y Lasiodiplodia pseudotheobromae pudrición blanda. En el presente estudio, se evaluó el antagonismo in vitro de tres especies de Streptomyces, tres de Trichoderma y tres de Bacillus. Las cepas de Trichoderma mostraron diferente inhibición en los patógenos evaluados, Trichoderma longibrachiatum mostró el mayor PICR, que fueron de 60.45, 59.33 y 57.9 al confrontarse contra C. gloeosporioides, Pestalotiopsis sp., y L. pseudotheobromae, respectivamente. En el caso de las bacterias, el mayor PICR fue de 58.22 % con B. methylotrophicus contra Pestalotiopsis sp. Las cepas de Streptomyces fueron las más eficaces y podrían estudiarse en futuras investigaciones sobre el control biológico de patógenos de fruto, ya que ejercieron el 100 % de inhibición excepto S. viridochromogenes que presentó un porcentaje de inhibición de crecimiento radial (PICR) de 88.3 % contra Lasiodiplodia pseudotheobromae.<br/><br/><br/><br/>Términos para Indexación: Control biológico, antagonismo, fitopatógeno, confrontación. |

| Nota de conteúdo | <br/><br/><br/>Abstract - In Nayarit, Mexico, soursop production is affected by the pathogens of Pestalotiopsis sp. and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides that cause dry rot and Lasiodiplodia pseudotheobromae soft rot. In the present study, the in vitro antagonism of three species of Streptomyces, three of Trichoderma and three of Bacillus were evaluated. The Trichoderma strains showed different inhibition in the pathogens evaluated, Trichoderma longibrachiatum showed the highest PIRG in vitro, which was 60.45, 59.33 and 57.9 when confronted against C. gloeosporioides, Pestalotiopsis sp., and L. pseudotheobromae, respectively. The bacteria showed lower PIRG than the fungi. B. methylotrophicus exhibited the highest capacity of inhibition of the experiment with 58.22 % of PIRG against Pestalotiopsis sp. The Streptomyces strains were the most effective and could be studied in future researches on the biological control of fruit pathogens, since they exerted 100 % inhibition except S. viridochromogenes that presented a percentage of inhibition of radial growth (PIRG) of 88.3 % against Lasiodiplodia pseudotheobromae.<br/><br/><br/><br/>Index Terms: Biological control, antagonism, phytopathogen, confrontation |
