Caracterização química do óleo essencial da erva cidreira (Lippia alba (Mill.) N. E. Br.) cultivada em Ilhéus na Bahia

<br/><br/> <br/><br/>RESUMO: <br/><br/>O óleo essencial da Lippia alba (Mill.) N. E. Br. coletada em Ilhéus (Bahia), nas<br/>diferentes estações sazonais, foi extraído por hidrodestilação durante 1 hora, utilizando aparelho<br/>Clevenger. O rendimento médio do óleo foi de 0,16%. Vinte e quatro compostos foram identificados<br/>pela análise através de CG e CG-EM. O componente majoritário do óleo essencial foi o citral<br/>(70,6-79,0%). Em menores quantidades foram identificados linalol (1,7-2,2%), geraniol (0,8-2,9%),<br/>nerol (0,5-2,5%) e β-mirceno ( 0,3-2,6%). A melhor produção do óleo foi observado na primavera.<br/><br/>Palavras-chave:Óleos essencias, erva cidreira, Lippia alba  <br/><br/>ABSTRACT: <br/><br/>Chemical characterization of erva cidreira’s essential oil (Lippia alba (Mill.)<br/>N. E. Br.) grown in Ilheus, Bahia State, Brazil. The essential oil of Lippia alba (Mill.) N. E. Br.<br/>collected in Ilheus was extracted by hydrodistillation for one hour using a Clevenger apparatus.<br/>The average yield was 0.16%. Twenty four compounds were identified by GC and GC-MS analysis.<br/>Citral was the main components of the oil (70.6-79.0%). Linalool (1.7-2.2%), geraniol (0.8-2.9%),<br/>nerol (0.5-2.5%) and β-myrcene (0.3-2.6%) were identified in low percentage.
