Resumo:    A cenoura possui grande aceitabilidade pelo mercado consumidor devido &#xE0;s suas caracter&#xED;sticas organol&#xE9;pticas. No entanto, a produ&#xE7;&#xE3;o de ra&#xED;zes com qualidade superior depende do aperfei&#xE7;oamento dos tratos  culturais  e  da  inser&#xE7;&#xE3;o  de  novas  tecnologias  no  sistema  produtivo.  Este  trabalho  teve  como  objetivo avaliar a  aplica&#xE7;&#xE3;o de doses de  nitrog&#xEA;nio e  utiliza&#xE7;&#xE3;o de bioestimulante comercial  Stimulate na cultura  da cenoura. O delineamento experimental foi estabelecido em blocos casualizados, em esquema fatorial 2 x 5, com tr&#xEA;s repeti&#xE7;&#xF5;es. Os tratamentos foram compostos pelas doses de Nitrog&#xEA;nio: 0,0; 50; 100; 150 e 200 kg ha-1, aplicadas em cobertura, com e sem aplica&#xE7;&#xE3;o de bioestimulante via imers&#xE3;o das sementes em solu&#xE7;&#xE3;o contendo  10  mL  de  bioestimulante  L-1.  A  parcela  foi  constitu&#xED;da  por  quatro  linhas  de  1 metro  de comprimento,  com  espa&#xE7;amento  de  0,20  m  entre  linhas.  Foi  utilizada  a  cultivar  de  cenoura  Bras&#xED;lia.  A aduba&#xE7;&#xE3;o  foi  feita  com  ureia,  dividida  em  duas  aplica&#xE7;&#xF5;es,  aos  30  e  45  dias  ap&#xF3;s  a  semeadura.  Foram colhidas  as  duas  linhas  centrais  da  parcela,  onde  foram  avaliadas  a  massa  fresca,  o  comprimento  e  o di&#xE2;metro  da  raiz  e  a  produ&#xE7;&#xE3;o  de  cenouras  comerciais  e  refugo.  Verificou-se  que  a  aplica&#xE7;&#xE3;o  de  N associado ao bioestimulante resultou em maior comprimento, maior produtividade de raiz, de cenoura Extra A,  de  cenoura  comercial  total  e  de  cenoura  refugo. Tamb&#xE9;m  a  aplica&#xE7;&#xE3;o  de  N  sem  bioestimulante  afeta  a produ&#xE7;&#xE3;o de ra&#xED;zes, de raiz  extra A e de ra&#xED;zes comerciais, sendo as doses indicadas de 73, 42 e 61 kg N ha-1, respectivamente.

Abstract:    The carrot has great acceptability by the consumer market due to its organoleptic characteristics. However, the production of roots with superior quality depends on the improvement of the cultural treatments and the insertion of new technologies in the productive system.This study aimed to evaluate the application of  nitrogen  rates  and  growth  promoter  in  carrot  culture.  The  experiment  was  established  in  a  randomized block  factorial  2  x  5,  with  three  replications.  The  treatments  consisted  of  nitrogen  doses:  0.0;  50;  100;  150 and  200  kg  ha-1,  applied  in  bands  with  and  without  biostimulant  applied  by  seed  immersion  in  a  solution containing 10 ml L-1 of biostimulant. The plot consisted of four rows of 1 meter in length, with spacing of 0.20 m between rows. Was used the Brasilia carrot cultivar. Fertilization was made with urea in two applications, at  30  and  45  days  after  sowing.  The  two  central  lines  of  the  plot  were  harvested,  in  which  were  evaluated fresh weight, length, diameter of the root and commercial carrots and scrap production. It was found that the application of N associated with the biostimulant resulted in increased root length, higher root yield, Extra A carrot,  commercial  and  scrap  carrot. Also,  N  application  without  growth  promoter  affects  the  production  of roots, extra A roots and commercial roots, with the indicated doses of 73, 42 and 61 kg N ha-1, respectively.
