Resumo

Este trabalho apresenta um estudo florístico para a família Combretaceae na vegetação sobre canga da Serra
dos Carajás. Na área, a família é representada por uma espécie, Combretum laxum, que é aqui descrita,
ilustrada e discutida.

Abstract

This paper aims a floristic survey of the Combretaceae in the canga vegetation of Serra dos Carajás. The
