Foi encontrada uma única espécie de Trigoniaceae nas cangas da Serra dos Carajás, Pará, Brasil: Trigonia
nivea. São fornecidas descrição morfológica, prancha ilustrativa, comentários taxonômicos, distribuição
geográfica e habitat da espécie.

Abstract

Only one species of Trigoniaceae was found in the canga formations of Serra dos Carajás, Pará, Brazil: Trigonia
nivea. Morphological description, illustration and comments on the taxonomy, geographical distribution and
habitat of this species are here presented.
