Resumo &#x2013;    As sigatokas negra e amarela, causadas respectivamente pelos fungos Mycosphaerella fijiensis e M. musicola, s&#xE3;o importantes doen&#xE7;as da bananeira. Al&#xE9;m de necrose nas folhas, essas doen&#xE7;as reduzem a produ&#xE7;&#xE3;o e a qualidade dos frutos. As principais estrat&#xE9;gias para controlar essas doen&#xE7;as s&#xE3;o o plantio de cultivares resistentes, o uso de m&#xE9;todos culturais e a aplica&#xE7;&#xE3;o de fungicidas. Este trabalho teve como objetivo comparar caracter&#xED;sticas agron&#xF4;micas de tr&#xEA;s cultivares de bananeiras subgrupo Prata, com ou sem aplica&#xE7;&#xE3;o fungicida, durante os tr&#xEA;s primeiros ciclos de produ&#xE7;&#xE3;o. Para isso, bananeiras dos culti- vares SCS451 Catarina, SCS453 Noninha e SCS454 Carvoeira foram estabelecidas em duas &#xE1;reas distantes 450m, espa&#xE7;adas em 3m x 3m. As plantas foram cultivadas conforme as recomenda&#xE7;&#xF5;es t&#xE9;cnicas da cultura, mas apenas em uma &#xE1;rea foi realizado o controle do complexo de sigatoka com a aplica&#xE7;&#xE3;o de fungicidas (triaz&#xF3;is e estrobirulinas). O experimento foi conduzido  em  blocos  casualizados  com  quatro  repeti&#xE7;&#xF5;es.  As  parcelas  foram  compostas  por  15  plantas.  Foram  avaliados  a altura, o n&#xFA;mero de folhas funcionais e de pencas, o di&#xE2;metro de frutos, a massa fresca de cacho e o ciclo reproduti- vo. Os dados foram submetidos a Anova e as m&#xE9;dias comparadas pelo teste Scott  -Knott   (5%). Verificou-se que plantas tratadas com fungicidas tiveram maior n&#xFA;mero de folhas no momento da emiss&#xE3;o dos cachos e da colheita, bem como maior di&#xE2;metro de frutos e maior ciclo reprodutivo.

Abstract &#x2013;     Black  and  yellow  sigatoka,  caused  respectively  by  fungi Mycosphaerella fijiensis  and M.  musicola,  are  important diseases of banana. Besides necrosis on leaves, these diseases decreases the yield and fruit quality. The main control strategies of these diseases are genetic resistance, cultural methods, fungicides spray. Thus, the objectives of this study were to compare agronomic characteristics of three banana cultivars of Pomme subgroup, sprayed or not with fungicide during the first three cropping cycles. In this way, banana plants of SCS451 Catarina, SCS453 Noninha and SCS454 Carvoeira cultivars were planted in two areas 450m, spaced at 3,0m x 3,0m. The plants were culti vated according to the technical recommendations for the crop, but in just one area sigatoka disease complex were controlled with fungicide (triazole and strobilurin). The experiment was designed in randomized block design with four replications. Each parcel was composed by 15 plants. Plant height, number of functional leaves and hands, fi nger diameter, bunch weight and reproductive cycle were evaluated. The data were submitted to Anova and the means compared by the Scott  -Knott   test (5%). Plants sprayed with fungicide had higher number of leaves at flo- wering and harvest, as well as higher finger diameter and higher reproductive cycle.
