RESUMO:   -   O objetivo do trabalho foi avaliar o desempenho agron&#xF4;mico do feij&#xE3;o, do milho e da soja cultivados em sistema de plantio direto e o manejo preparo convencional. O trabalho foi constitu&#xED;do de 12 experimentos, divididos em 3 safras agr&#xED;colas, com o cultivo de esp&#xE9;cies de cobertura vegetal em cons&#xF3;rcio ou de forma isolado e posteriormente semeou-se as culturas de ver&#xE3;o, al&#xE9;m do cultivo em manejo preparo convencional, onde o solo permaneceu em pousio durante o per&#xED;odo de inverno. Avaliou-se massa seca da parte a&#xE9;rea das coberturas de solo e os componentes de rendimento do feij&#xE3;o, milho e soja. O nabo juntamente com as esp&#xE9;cies presentes no pousio foram as que demonstraram a menor produ&#xE7;&#xE3;o de massa seca da parte a&#xE9;-rea. Todas as coberturas de solo, exceto o nabo, n&#xE3;o demonstraram diminui&#xE7;&#xE3;o nos componentes de rendimento do feij&#xE3;o. O crescimento da cultura do milho demonstrou ser maior quando cultivado em sucess&#xE3;o a ervilhaca em isolada ou em cons&#xF3;rcio com aveia-preta ou nabo. Houve superioridade no rendimento de gr&#xE3;os de soja em fun&#xE7;&#xE3;o do sistema de cultivo, em pelo menos uma cobertura de solo. Conclui-se que o feij&#xE3;o n&#xE3;o promoveu redu&#xE7;&#xE3;o nos componentes de rendimento para o manejo preparo convencional, por&#xE9;m foi constatado, para o milho e a soja, benef&#xED;cios nos componentes de rendimento de gr&#xE3;os somente quando em sucess&#xE3;o as esp&#xE9;cies de coberturas de solo no sistema plantio convencional.

ABSTRACT:  -   The objective this work was to evaluate the agronomic performance of beans, corn and soybean cultivated under no - tillage system and conventional tillage management. The work consisted of 12 experiments, divided three agricultural crops, with the cultivation of species of vegetal cover in a consortium or in an isolated way, and later sowed the summer crops, besides the crop in conventional preparation, where the soil remained fallow during the winter period. Aerial dry mass of soil cover and yield components of beans, maize and soybean were evaluated. The turnip along with the species present in the fallow were those that demonstrated the lower production of dry mass of the aerial part. All soil cover, except turnip, did not show a decrease in bean yield components. The growth of corn crop was shown to be higher when grown in succession to vetch in isolation or in consortium with black oat or turnip. There was superiority in soybean yield as a function of the cultivation system, in at least one soil cover. It was concluded that beans did not promote reduction in yield components for conventional tillage management, but corn and soybean yielded benefits in grain yield components only when in succession the species of soil cover in the planting system conventional.
