RESUMO:     Objetivou-se avaliar o crescimento da orqu&#xED;dea denphal, em fun&#xE7;&#xE3;o da luz, sistema de micropropaga&#xE7;&#xE3;o e tamanho dos  frascos  de  cultivo.  O  delineamento  experimental  utilizado  foi  inteiramente  casualizado  e  os  tratamentos  arranjados  em  esquema  fatorial  2  x  2  x  2  com  cinco  repeti&#xE7;&#xF5;es.  Pl&#xE2;ntulas  cultivadas  in  vitro  por  90  dias,  a  partir  do  in&#xED;cio  do  per&#xED;odo  experimental, foram retiradas dos frascos, lavadas e avaliadas quanto ao n&#xFA;mero de folhas, altura da pl&#xE2;ntula, di&#xE2;metro do maior pseudobulbo, n&#xFA;mero de brotos e ra&#xED;zes, comprimento da maior raiz e da maior folha, e massa fresca. A seguir foram plantadas em substrato (esfagno rosa + fibra de coco) e transferidas para ambiente ex vitro. Com o intuito de investigar seus incrementos, ap&#xF3;s 90 dias, as plantas foram avaliadas quanto &#xE0;s mesmas caracter&#xED;sticas iniciais. Os diferentes espectros de luz n&#xE3;o foram determinantes para o crescimento da planta. A utiliza&#xE7;&#xE3;o do sistema de ventila&#xE7;&#xE3;o natural em frascos de maior tamanho foi o fator que proporcionou condi&#xE7;&#xF5;es favor&#xE1;veis na promo&#xE7;&#xE3;o do crescimento, tanto no cultivo in vitro quanto no ex vitro do denpha.

ABSTRACT:      This study aimed to evaluate the growth of denphal orchid, in function of the light, micropropagation system and size cultivation flasks. The experimental design was completely randomized and treatments arranged in factorial scheme 2 x 2 x 2 with five replicates. Seedlings cultivated in vitro for 90 days, from the beginning of the experimental period, were removed to  the  flasks,  washed  and  evaluated  for  the  number  of  leaves,  seedling  height,  diameter  of  the  largest  pseudobulb,  number of the shoots and roots, length of the largest root and largest leaf, and fresh mass. Then they were planted in substrate (pink sphagnum + coconut fiber) and transferred to ex vitro environment. In order to investigate their increases, after 90 days the plants were evaluated for the same initial characteristics. The different light spectra weren&#x2019;t decisive for the growth of denphal. The use of natural ventilation system in larger flasks was the factors that provided favorable conditions in promoting growth both in vitro and ex vitro cultivation.
